QUICK STRENGTHENING OF IMMUNITY. We know that it is very important to strengthen and maintain the immune system. There are several ways to do that, and one of them is to start the day with a ginger shot every morning. Especially if you feel weak and have a feeling that you are being attacked by a virus ... try it, ginger shot really works.

I was once in a situation where I caught a cold on an important business trip. I started to feel shivering and my throat started to tingle. The next day I had to hold one workshop and I didn't have much time to recover. I stumbled upon a juice bar on the way to the hotel that offered ginger shots. I bought 5 bottles. I drank one shot every 3 hours and for me it was a revelation at the time, because the effect was incredibly fast. In about a day I regained my strength and the cold did not appear again.

Ginger's healing properties penetrate deep into the tissues of the kidneys, lungs and liver, and have an effect even on the nervous system. It acts by breaking down and melting the accumulated mucus and balancing the acidity of the body, which causes a stagnation of energy in the body.

If we regularly consume ginger with turmeric and beets, it will additionally strengthen our immune system, speed up our recovery and help stop inflammatory processes in the body.

Turmeric is much more than a yellow spice for curry. This plant originates from Asia and has been used in these areas for many years to treat inflammation, infections and respiratory diseases.

According to Arjuvedic medicine, turmeric, with its main ingredient curcumin, is an excellent natural antibiotic, which helps healing the cuts and wounds, with skin infections, heartburn as well as problems with parasites and colds. It is added to drinks or teas for coughs, other respiratory problems and for digestive issues.

Beets cause a reddish colour in urine and stool, so some people get scared because they think it’s blood. There is no reason to be afraid, because it is due to strong red pigments. However, if there is a change in the colour of urine and stool, and you have not consumed beets in the previous 24-48 hours, then consult your doctor.

Take advantage of the gifts of nature and treat yourself with those juices. Your body will surely be grateful, and your immunity will be strengthened.

Ginger shots have a spicy taste that doesn’t last long. It's best to drink them quickly, get a little spicy shock, but it's well worth it.

You can make shots a day or two in advance. Store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. If your drinks taste too strong, mix them with water or orange juice. If you do not have a juicer, ginger shot can also be made in a blender. Just add all the ingredients to the high-powered blender and mix until it becomes a smooth gravy. Then strain the mixture through a strainer and gauze and you will get squeezed juice.
